Main Accountabilities

  • Be the ambassador of Hermès to our clients, conveying warmth, courtesy, elegance, and the cultural values which are an intricate part of the Hermès maison.
  • Express enthusiasm for the stories and products of Hermès and promote their added value.
  • Warmly welcome clients to the store and develop sales while respecting the quality and service spirit that Hermès wishes to share with its clients.
  • Provide product knowledge and give exceptional personal service to each client.
  • Develop client loyalty and engagement through thoughtful communication with clients. Build and maintain a client base and sell more than a product.
  • Act as a style ambassador, inspiring clients through an acute sense of fashion, attention to details and knowledge of trends.
  • Complete assigned opening and closing procedures.
  • Achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain the sales floor protocols for visual, service and loss prevention.
  • Uphold Group and Subsidiary policies and procedures.
  • Maintain client privacy and company confidentiality.
  • Take an active role in your personal development.
  • Other related duties.

Key Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years\' experience in client focused sales in the luxury sector.
  • Luxury retail or experience selling key categories of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Watches, Leather and Fine Jewelry is an asset.
  • Demonstrates exceptional styling skills with the ability to curate complete looks across multiple métiers (ready-to-wear, fashion accessories, footwear and lifestyle).
  • Professional, team oriented, positive and flexible.
  • Even tempered while under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and customer connections.
  • Proven passion for selling and achieving sales targets.
  • Open availability to meet the needs of the business.
  • Ability to stand, crouch, bend and lift up to 20 kg.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Être l\'ambassadeur d\'Hermès auprès de nos clients, en transmettant chaleur, courtoisie, élégance et valeurs culturelles qui font partie intégrante de la maison Hermès.
  • Exprimer son enthousiasme pour les histoires et les produits Hermès et promouvoir leur valeur ajoutée.
  • Accueillir chaleureusement les clients en magasin et développer les ventes tout en respectant l\'esprit de qualité et de service qu\'Hermès souhaite partager avec ses clients.
  • Fournir une connaissance approfondie des produits et offrir un service personnalisé exceptionnel à chaque client.
  • Fidéliser et fidéliser la clientèle grâce à une communication attentionnée. Construire et fidéliser une clientèle et vendre plus qu\'un produit.
  • Agir en tant qu\'ambassadeur de style, en inspirant les clients grâce à un sens aigu de la mode, une attention aux détails et une connaissance des tendances.
  • Exécuter les procédures d\'ouverture et de clôture assignées.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente.
  • Respecter les protocoles de vente en surface de vente en matière de visuel, de service et de prévention des pertes.
  • Appliquer les politiques et procédures du Groupe et des filiales.
  • Préserver la confidentialité des données des clients et de l\'entreprise.
  • Participer activement à son développement personnel.

Compétences et expérience clés (French)

  • Plus de 5 ans d\'expérience dans la vente axée sur le client dans le secteur du luxe.
  • Une expérience dans le commerce de détail de luxe ou dans la vente de catégories clés de prêt-à-porter, chaussures, montres, maroquinerie et bijoux est un atout.
  • Démontre des compétences de style exceptionnelles avec la capacité de créer des looks complets dans plusieurs métiers (prêt-à-porter, accessoires de mode, chaussures et style de vie).
  • Professionnalisme, esprit d\'équipe, positif et flexible.
  • Équilibre sous pression.
  • Capacité avérée à offrir un service client exceptionnel et à établir des relations clients de qualité.
  • Passion avérée pour la vente et l\'atteinte des objectifs de vente.
  • Disponibilité pour répondre aux besoins de l\'entreprise.
  • Capacité à se tenir debout, s\'accroupir, se pencher et soulever jusqu\'à 20 kg.
