Looking for a Full Time Veterinary Client Care Receptionist to join our team in the heart of St. Catharines.

What are we looking for?

Duties include, but not limited to :

• answering calls from clients,booking appointments and surgeries, managing schedule (Avimark)
• cleaning and disinfecting exam rooms after each appointment and prepare for the next patient
• cleaning and disinfecting reception area to provide a pleasant experience for our clients
• filling medications, ordering medications as needed
• inventory management
• emailing clients and clinics for records, patient transfer, etc.
