What You Will Be Doing

• Work shifts in a temperature-controlled environment maintained between 0–6°C.

• Pick and assemble customized customer food orders into shipping containers, organized by delivery routes.

• Communicate regularly with Lead(s) to stay aligned with daily production needs and the Order Picking Driver Schedule.

• Support Order Picking team members by ensuring required materials are available throughout production.

• Stock products in designated locations according to daily production plans.

• Perform accurate inventory counts and coordinate replenishment of shortages with Leads and/or Supervisors.

• Maintain efficient movement of completed orders from the Order Picking cooler to secondary storage.

• Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory practices at all times.

• Keep the Order Picking cooler clean, organized, and production-ready throughout the shift and at day’s end.

• Assist the Lead/Supervisor in ensuring all policies and procedures are consistently followed.

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in food manufacturing, warehouse operations, or another fast-paced environment preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume warehouse setting with strict deadlines.

• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled cooler environment (0–6°C).

• Able to remain on your feet for 8-hour shifts.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

• Able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach above and below shoulder level on a repetitive basis.

• Strong multitasking skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Reliable and punctual attendance is required.

• Brings a positive attitude to every shift and is willing to support and collaborate with team members.

What You Can Expect

• Hourly Wage: $19.57

• Schedule: Friday to Tuesday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
