Fabricator (Afternoon shift)

We are seeking a motivated skilled CWB certified Welder / Fabricator to join our growing team for the afternoon shift (3 : 30pm to 11pm). In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality structures, repairs and custom fabrications that meet strict industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Duties

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and welding processes.
• Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), welding techniques to join various grades of steel and metal.
• Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment to shape, cut, and assemble metal parts accurately.
• Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely to move heavy materials and finished products within the workspace.
• Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices; apply basic math skills for accurate fabrication.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing
