Job descriptionRequirement Analysis and review Define Test Strategy for Black Box testing which includes Functional and Integration level Testing Testcase Authoring Testcase Automation Test environment setup[Jenkins] Analyse Test execution Results Defect creation Defect reproduction support Defect Triage Agile and Scrum Practices Jira - Requirement / Story / Defect creations Git-Hub - Version Control Testrail - testcase authoring Test Automation Functional Test : Python and Slash framework to work on a simulated environment Linux OS Integration Test : Python and Slash framework to work on real Hardware NI - LabVIEW, CAPL , Python Automation black box testing experience on HW Must possess the capability to conduct design reviews for new content, resolve board software issues, unit test content. 5+ years of engineering work experience and domain knowledge. Python coding Embedded hardware and software design Knowledge of control theory and algorithm design Matlab / Simulink, Jira, and Github experience required (Jama a plus) Familiarity with CAN / Ethernet tools, AutoSAR, and Functional Safety (ISO26262)
Embedded Tester
On behalf of our client, Procom is looking for a Software Test Engineer who has an understanding of embedded hardware and software design.
Responsibilities
- Owning and reviewing requirements
- Creation of high level functional specification design
- Delivery of quality code using Matlab / Simulink or C in an Autosar Classic environment.
Handling the complete Software Testing Life cycle starting from
Continous quality improvement by analyzing the leaked defects and enhancing the Testcases
