Responsibilities: Assistant to sales representativePrepare quotations for customersProcess and follow-up customer ordersProcess and follow-up supplier ordersReserve inventory based on customer orderUpdate ERP system and price lists Skills: BilingualMicrosoft Excel, OutlookERP experience (NAV, SAP, SAGE, etc..) Job: Full Time, 8:30am to 5pmWork from office 5 days per week
