We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clerical Support Associate to join our Biomedical Technology Department.

Employment Status : Permanent Part Time

Duration (if contract) : NA

Hours of work : Must be able to work all rotating shifts (8 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm Monday to Friday) - subject to change as per Article 3 – Management Rights.

Hourly rate : $29.966 - $31.016 (Teamsters)

Employee Group : Teamsters Clerical PT

Location : Humber River Hospital – Wilson

Reporting Relationship : Manager, Biomedical Technology

Position Responsibilities :

• Responsible for clerical support including order entry, maintaining St. Croix and RTLS database, tracking work orders, generating POs and reconciling invoices, tracking repairs and statistics
• Responsible for customer service including scheduling appointments and Vendors services calls, answering customer inquiries, telephone inquiries, greeting visitors and vendors in a courteous manner.
• Completes payroll, schedule changes and staff meeting minutes
• Communicates with other departments and service areas
• Files and organizes Department’s orders and QFMs
• Other related duties as required
