About the Role
One of our public sector clients is in the midst of a major healthcare transformation—shifting from siloed hospital systems to a unified, integrated Clinical Information Solution (CIS). To support this historic transition, our client is seeking Clinical Business Analysts (CBAs) with a focus on documentation and clinical standardization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clinical stakeholders, project managers, and SMEs to gather and define business and system requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses and document detailed business and technical design specifications.
- Develop order sets, documentation templates, and workflows for physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff.
- Lead and facilitate workshops to collect business needs and promote consensus on standard practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on how CIS and digitization impact workflows and care delivery.
Must Have Skills
5+ years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst5+ years of experience working with Health Information Systems (EHR / CIS) and healthcare operations.3+ years working on CIS implementation projects or large-scale healthcare IT transformations.A university degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Nice to Have Skills
Experience in one or more of : computerized provider order entry (CPOE), order sets, clinical documentation, pharmacy, medical imaging, and / or laboratory systems.Verbal and written fluency in French and English
