Job descriptionExperience with Grants Management would be an asset. Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. developing detailed programming specifications writing and / or generating code o compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations. Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications Experience in the use of object and / or third generation language development tools Experience in one or more programming languages Experience in application design, latest design patters, deployment and troubleshooting Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages Experience with one or more communications protocols Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices Experience with middleware and gateways Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards Ability to provide user and system documentation as required Experience in conducting impact assessments on Oracle E-Business application customizations and extensions. Strong conversion experience in Account Receivable Collection modules Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL / SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts and Oracle Data Integrator Proved business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle E-Business Great knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse, ETL methodologies and OBIEE Demonstrated work experience on Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) will be a great asset Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities to be able to oversee the quality assurance of the project from technical perspective 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / design / development / integration 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM / EAI. 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring / developing. Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code / Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects. Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates. Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods. Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification. Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations. Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application) Experience with configuring Siebel migration application Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Manager Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams Demonstrated ability to participate in a large teams and work closely with other individual team members Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive time lines, and be adaptive to change Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
