Our client is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end hiring for employees and contractors in the oil and gas industry
- This is a hybrid environment with 4 days per week in office
Must-Haves :
1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition / RecruitmentExperience with Workday and / or SuccessFactorsPost-secondary education in Human ResourcesPrevious experience in the Oil and Gas industry or other large enterprise environmentsResponsibilities :
Ensure accuracy of requisition and position data prior to job postings.Oversee the entire candidate experience and engagement process.Coordinate and schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates.Serve as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries, including those from internal staff, external applicants, and contractors, and provide troubleshooting support as needed.Manage the employee referral program.Assist in customizing job postings and manage internal and external job postings across various platforms.Oversee all background checks and manage vendor relationships.Utilize recruitment tools such as VidCruiter, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.Support the end-to-end hiring process contractors (Canada only).Contribute to system enhancements and ensure data integrity.Assist with sourcing and candidate attraction strategies.
