General Labour

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various manual tasks to support operations, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning work sites, and assisting other team member as needed.

Job Type :  Full-time – Temporary assignment up to 2 months

Location :  Brantford, ON

Pay Rate :  $18.50 per hour

Hours :   Day shift - 7 : 00am to 5 : 30pm (Monday-Thursday)

Afternoon shift - 5pm to 3 : 30am (Monday to Thursday)

What You'll Do :

• Company refurbishes auto brakes for vehicles. You will be helping in various duties such as packaging, counting, sorting, separating automotive parts.
• Sorting the different FMSI numbers onto pallets
• Packaging, counting, and sorting automotive parts
• Dismantling used brake components
• Organizing and sorting parts into bins for reuse and refurbishment
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Lifting up to 55lbs and arranging material weighing up to 55lbs
• Other duties as assigned
• Previous warehouse / manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Manufacturing and warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 55lbs
• Ability to commute to and from work
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
