Release Train Engineer
As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will play an important role in Agile release trains (ARTs). By supervising the ART, they help ensure teams develop quality solutions that contribute to project success. You will be a valuable member of our Salesforce Practice.
In this role you will
- Managing the ART flow of value, or steps used to bring value for the project
- Coordinating and aligning ART activities with the organization's strategic goals
- Serving as a liaison between product management, development and operations teams
- Maintaining calendars for program increments (PIs or equivalent experience), or phases of ART projects.
- Helping the ART manage and mitigate risks, such as budget and productivity issues.
- Promoting improvement through inspect and adapt (I&A) events after PI completions.
What you will need to succeed
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework with 8+ Years of work experience.Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead large group discussions.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex challenges.Leadership and coaching skills to guide teams towards high performance.Project management expertise to track progress and manage dependenciesLegal authorization to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Working Arrangements
