Responsibilities :
Resident Care and Support :
- Oversee the delivery of comprehensive nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Conduct regular assessments to develop and update individualized care plans for each resident.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to provide holistic care and enhance their well-being.
Team Leadership and Development :
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of caregivers, fostering a compassionate and supportive work environment.
- Supervise and support the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance team performance.
Family and Community Engagement :
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families, promoting open communication and trust.
- Collaborate with community organizations and healthcare providers to enhance the quality of care and services.
- Act as a representative of SereneAid, advocating for our commitment to excellence in nursing home care.
Operational Excellence :
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing home care.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery and resident outcomes.
- Manage resources effectively, including staffing, budgets, and supplies, to maintain operational efficiency.
Health and Safety :
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of residents and staff, implementing infection prevention measures and adhering to health guidelines.
- Develop and oversee emergency preparedness protocols to mitigate risks and ensure resident safety.
Business Development :
- Identify opportunities to expand SereneAid's services within the community and beyond.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with healthcare providers, retirement communities, and other organizations to drive growth.
- Contribute to strategic planning and the development of new programs or services to meet market needs.
- Monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to position SereneAid as a leader in nursing home care.
