Our innovative client, a locally owned company founded over 20 years ago, is on a mission to deliver a luxurious experience to the North American market. Based outside of Regina, Saskatchewan, they have developed a range of Canadian products and are seeking a dynamic onsite Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team.

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities :
- Respond to customer calls in a friendly and resourceful approach
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide resolutions
- Respond to customer emails and chats in a professional manner
- Accurately record and track communication and details of problems
- Enter customer purchase orders with detail and precision in a timely manner
- Print orders and assemble any required labels and installation guides to provide the warehouse for shipping
- Track orders and manage communication on delayed items with customers
- Manage returns and credits back to customers
- Support the sales teams in various ways including being responsible for reports, order tracking, sales notes and follow up to quotes
- Manage online dealer portals (updating tracking info, inventory etc.)
- Generate invoices
- Manage office supplies
- Other ad hoc administrative responsibilities as required
The successful candidate has :
