Job Description : Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Developer to support development and daily operations within Market Risk IT.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL / ELT processes, database programming, and data integration tools, with experience in financial services projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support and project-based development for risk management systems.
Design and develop ETL / ELT processes across heterogeneous data systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration workflows.
Maintain documentation and adhere to best practices for data governance and compliance.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in financial projects (preferably Market Risk).

Strong experience in SQL and database programming (MS SQL Server preferred).

Hands‑on experience with ETL / ELT tools such as SSIS and data warehousing concepts.

Proficiency in Python, Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Snowflake DB.

Experience with job scheduling and automation tools (Tidal preferred).

Strong testing and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Git for change management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to advanced data integration frameworks and cloud-based solutions.

Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL workflows.
