Description General Manager - Toronto The General Manager oversees all operations and manufacturing functions. This includes direct leadership of manufacturing, engineering, quality, facilities, purchasing, customer service, and production control .The GM is responsible for developing and executing manufacturing strategies that meet or exceed performance goals related to production output, cost, quality, and on-time delivery . This is a highly visible, outward-facing role involving regular interaction with customers and collaboration with other sites across North America and Asia Pacific. A wide degree of creativity, autonomy, and strategic judgment is expected. Duties & Responsibilities Operational Leadership

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all manufacturing operations for the Division.
• Upgrade the manufacturing function through the implementation of “world-class” processes, systems, and strategies.
• Establish, monitor, and continuously improve key performance metrics including productivity, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Formulate manufacturing and sourcing strategies; lead capital planning and project execution to completion.
