We are currently searching for an Office Administrator / Customer Service person to join our client’s manufacturing operation in Pointe Claire, QC. The job is fully onsite and full time with competitive pay and benefits!

Your tasks as an Office Administrator / Customer Service :

  • Responsible for all front-line communications with Customers
  • Customer service and relations
  • Customer order entry
  • Issue work orders
  • Work Order processing
  • Invoicing of customer orders
  • Purchase order entry
  • Purchase order receiving
  • Manage inventory program
  • Accounts Receivables

Qualifications :

  • 2 years experience in customer service or administration in a related field (industrial wholesale distribution or plumbing or HVAC or manufacturing)
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with MS office suit ( Word , Excel, Outlook )
  • Bilingualism in English and French
  • Excellent communication skills in both languages
  • Good judgement / decision-making abilities
  • Available to work fully onsite in Pointe-Claire

    Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Administrateur(trice) de bureau / Service à la clientèle pour rejoindre l’opération manufacturière de notre client à Pointe-Claire, QC. Le poste est entièrement sur site et à temps plein avec un salaire compétitif et des avantages sociaux !

    Vos tâches en tant qu’Administrateur(trice) de bureau / Service à la clientèle :

  • Service à la clientèle et relations
  • Saisie des commandes clients
  • Émission des bons de travail
  • Traitement des bons de travail
  • Facturation des commandes clients
  • Saisie des bons de commande
  • Réception des bons de commande
  • Gestion du programme d’inventaire
  • Comptes recevables
  • Envoi du courrier sortant ou interne
  • Qualifications :

  • 2 ans d’expérience dans un domaine connexe en manufacturier
  • Compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilinguisme en anglais et en français
  • Excellentes compétences en communication dans les deux langues
  • Bon jugement / capacité de prise de décision
  • Disponible pour travailler entièrement sur site à Pointe-Claire
