• Deliver warm confident and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boys commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome greet and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
• Package stock and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean safe and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties including sweeping mopping and dusting.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures with a strong focus on Health & Safety Food Safety and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
