Remote Data Processor

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data management across various platforms. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and software tools.

Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy.

Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies.

Manage large data volumes and meet deadlines.

Comply with data privacy regulations and company policies.

Perform data cleaning and deduplication as required.

Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth workflows.

Provide general administrative support and assist with reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications : Based in Canada.

High school diploma (certifications in data management are a plus).

Proven data entry experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
