ClearStream Psychology is a team of compassionate, PhD-level clinical psychologists based in Calgary AB. We provide inclusive, evidence-based assessment and therapy for humans aged 16+. We’re passionate about helping our clients find clarity, build resilience, and make meaningful change.

ClearStream Psychology is seeking a registered or provisional psychologist to join our growing practice as a full-time or part-time contractor in Calgary AB. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to grow their private practice in a supportive team environment while providing compassionate and evidence-based care.

We're Looking For a Psychologist Who :

• Is registered or provisionally registered in Alberta.
• Wants to start or grow a private practice without the hassle of running a business.
• Uses high-quality evidence-based treatments grounded in a CBT approach - such as CBT, ACT, Unified Protocol, ERP, PE, CPT, DBT, Behavioural Activation, Schema Therapy, and more.
• Works with clinical conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, ADHD, BFRBs, eating disorders, and insomnia AND / OR physical health conditions such as chronic fatigue, pain, disability, cancer, diabetes, and migraines.
• Provides general assessment and differential diagnosis for the conditions they treat.
• Values strong therapeutic alliances with diverse clients.
• Works with adults – and perhaps with older teens, couples, and / or families.
• Wants to work at least 2 days per week.
• Offers daytime availability as well as some evening and / or weekend hours.
• Is open to providing services both virtually and in-person.
• Is able to work independently within a supportive group of colleagues.
• Values regular consultation, continuing education, reflective practice, and professional growth.
