Material Handler - Brampton

We are seeking reliable, General Labourers to join a dynamic production facility in Brampton. This role is designed for individuals who prefer the fast-paced environment of manufacturing over traditional warehousing. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and ready to build a career, as there is a clear path for promotion into specialized Operator role

Skill Development : Receive in-house training on Counterbalance Forklifts.

Responsibilities

Support production lines by handling materials and finished goods.

Assist in the manufacturing process, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient production.

Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to move stock (training and certification provided on-site).

Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals.

Qualifications

Commute : Must have a reliable vehicle. This location is not accessible by public transit.

Experience : Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred (distinct from general warehouse picking / packing).

Forklift Skills : Prior experience with a Counterbalance Forklift is a major asset; an active external license is not required.

Ambition : Looking for individuals who want to grow with the company and transition into technical production roles.

Reliability : Strong attendance record and the ability to work an early morning shift consistently.
