What Youll Do

As an Engineering Design & Drafting Technologist youll support mechanical engineering design and drafting for new development improvements and production engineering. Your work will include :

• Creating 3D models engineering drawings and technical documentation using specialized software.
• Designing simple mechanical components for platforms and payloads ensuring compliance with health safety and environmental standards.
• Assisting with prototyping testing and confirming designs alongside the engineering team.
• Peer reviewing drawings and change control documentation.
• Operating a 3D printer when required.
• Collaborating with senior engineers to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Recommending improvements to processes and workflows.
