Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in production planning? We are seeking a Production Scheduling Analyst to create and maintain accurate daily production schedules and medium-term plans, supporting facility readiness, changeovers, and maintenance projects.

🔍 Position Summary : This role ensures production efficiency by analyzing capacity, inventory, and material usage while coordinating closely with manufacturing and planning teams. You’ll play a key role in forecasting, reporting, and adjusting schedules to meet organizational goals.

🛠 Essential Duties & Tasks :

• Plan, maintain, and prepare reports on forecasts, material usage, quality control, defects, and volumes
• Review and analyze capacity utilization
• Manage internal plant transfers of material and outsourcing activities
• Gather data to determine forecast adjustments
• Collaborate with manufacturing and planning teams to align schedules
• Review and analyze inventory levels and demand; establish replenishment plans
• Provide information to adjust schedules for unforeseen conditions
• Ensure incoming shipments comply with purchase orders
• Coordinate with production operations on finished goods requirements
• Handle basic to moderately complex issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
