Class Teacher

We are seeking a committed Class Teacher to join our friendly prep school. The role includes shared responsibility for teaching, assessment and pastoral care within EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, nurturing and confident in delivering engaging, well-planned lessons, while working closely with colleagues and parents.

SAFEGUARDING

This role will involve contact with children. Reigate Grammar School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are “spent” unless they are “protected” under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
