Company Driver - Highway Propane

Overview

Description Propane-Fuel Truck Driver – Seaboard Transport is currently hiring for Class 1 Company Drivers in Edmonton, AB. Seaboard Transport Group of Companies is recognized by major petroleum producers for safety, product handling and service, with over 60 years of experience delivering a wide variety of petroleum products.

Responsibilities

• Regional highway propane/fuel hauling on a 5/2–5/3 schedule.
• Travel between Alberta, Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan and British Columbia transporting propane using semi-trailer (b-train) tankers.
• Sleep in the truck for the duration of the schedule with occasional nights at home depending on routes.

What you can bring

• Valid Class 1 License
• 2 years minimum verifiable Class 1 experience
• Safe driving background – verified via driver’s abstract
• Propane hauling experience an asset
• Fuel hauling experience with CFA card an asset
• Experience with manual 18-speed transmission required
• Experience with super-b trailers required
• Able to lift 5-75 lbs
