Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Production & Support

• Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of SSO and Identity Management platforms

• Act as L3 escalation point for complex incidents and problem analysis

• Proactively identify improvements to reduce recurring incidents

Projects & Platform Evolution

• Contribute to the delivery of identity and authentication-related projects

• Support application teams during integration and troubleshooting phases

• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions

• Drive automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency

Governance & Change

• Work within formal change and incident management frameworks

• Ensure changes are properly documented, reviewed, and executed

• Collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Profile

• 5–7+ years of experience in Identity Management, SSO, or authentication platforms

• Strong background in production support and incident management (L3)

• Experience operating business-critical systems in large environments

• Automation-oriented mindset

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Clear communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in regulated environments (e.g. banking or financial services) is a strong plus.
