Amazing opportunity with one of our high profile clients in southwestern Ontario. They are looking for an immediate start for a Residential Real Estate Law Clerk / Legal Assistant.

This is an 1-year contract with a possibility of it becoming permanent. Interested candidates who can work in the London area (3 days in office, 2 days remote), we would like to hear from you today!

Duties :

• Managing files from the beginning to end of transactions autonomously for residential real estate
• Prepare and issue all necessary documents
• Liaise with all internal and external parties involved including preparation of correspondence as required
• Possess the ability to work both independently and as part of the team
• Strong attention to detail; multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to anticipate needs and act with minimal supervision

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 2+ year of experience in a Real Estate practice
• Must have knowledge with Unity or Teraview software
• Must have knowledge of Unity
• Working knowledge of PC Law
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have experience with title searches
• Must be able to handle a case from beginning to end
• Can work onsite in the London ON
