As Maintenance Leader, you have oversight for maintenance activities for two water treatment plants, the Glenmore Dam and Reservoir and approximately 40 pumping facilities and 20 storage reservoirs. You will collaborate with other Leaders within the utility to create and sustain a unified leadership culture with a strong customer focus that enables the achievement of an uninterrupted supply of high quality drinking water for the citizens of Calgary.
As an active member of the Water Treatment Leadership team, and the leader of a diverse group of mechanical and electrical staff, you model a One Calgary approach to business and contribute to building trust and collaboration across the utility.
