What You Will Do

• Supervise and provide direction to staff aligned with policies and procedures and standards of professional conduct
• Assist in ensuring that Team Leads and Direct Support Specialists (DSS) are scheduled in the homes in accordance with the funding guidelines
• Collaborates with Managers and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst where applicable to develop monthly activity recreational plan
• Collaborates with Management to ensure follow through on contracted services, including the Individual Support Plan (ISP) / Plan of Care (POC), Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) protocol
