Senior Business Analyst - Technical, ITIL On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Technical, ITIL. Senior Business Analyst - Technical, ITIL- Job Description

  • The Senior Analyst provides all aspects of operational and technical support for Global banking Markets
  • The Senior Analyst, Special Processing Support Services will provide full system life cycle management (analysis, technical requirements, design, testing and implementation) and support of the banks Corporate Lending System
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Understanding of Data Centre operational processes, and procedures within an ITIL framework
  • Understanding of financial payment products and services (including technical aspects and business logic / processing) is an asset
  • Have a working knowledge of relational and embedded database technologies (SQL server, Microsoft Access)
  • Visual Basic and scripting languages - Bash, PowerShell, etc.
  • Desk-side support experience
  • Monitor the environment daily for errors / performance
  • Develop and maintain IT standards and service levels related to infrastructure including backups, disaster recovery, device configuration and management, patch management, cyber-incident management, etc.
  • Research and implement new solutions related to business applications, networking and cybersecurity

Senior Business Analyst - Technical, ITIL- Mandatory Skills

  • Overall, 8-10 years' experience as Business analyst
  • Understanding of Data Centre operational processes, procedures within an ITIL framework
  • Some understanding of financial payment products (Corporate lending knowledge) and services (including technical aspects and business logic / processing)
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (DevOps)
  • Experience in handling 2-3 projects as BA from req gathering and end to end testing
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skill to continuously keep up to date with product and technology enhancements by leveraging both internal and external contacts
  • High degree of organizational and prioritization skills based on business and client impact
  • Bachelor's degree related field required

  • FMS (finance management system) model experience
  • MS projects experience
  • Experience in simple to complex SQL queries
  • Corporate lending knowledge
