Behind every great service experience is a strong parts departmentand were looking for a Parts Manager whos ready to lead with confidence organization and teamwork.

As our Parts Manager youll oversee the daily operations of the parts department ensuring accuracy efficiency and outstanding service for both our customers and internal teams. Youll play a key leadership role supporting technicians and advisors while building a positive collaborative environment rooted in accountability and pride in doing things right.

Wage: $50000 - $55000 annually plus bonus plan

What Youll Do:

• Lead and inspire the Parts Department team to deliver top-tier customer service and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and timely deliveries.
• Manage inventory with precision ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Oversee financials including budgeting pricing strategies and cost control to drive profitability.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless parts availability and operations.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 2years experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in inventory management supply chain logistics and trade distribution.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong numeracy administrative and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation automotive industry standards and best practices.
