Job descriptionMínimo 3 años de experiencia en títulos de videojuegos con dirección artística realista para armas, trabajando con socios externos. Conocimiento en workflows modernos de hard surface, incluyendo producción de assets, modelado y texturizado PBR. Interés en apoyar y desarrollar talento en otros, priorizando la formación sobre la resolución directa de problemas. Experiencia en gestión de backlog, estimaciones y planificación del tiempo. Autonomía para gestionar carga de trabajo mediante planificación y delegación sin supervisión directa. Conocimiento profundo del proceso de producción artística y colaboración con stakeholders para mejorar métodos de trabajo.
Descripción y Requisitos
Electronic Arts crea experiencias de entretenimiento de alto nivel que inspiran a jugadores y fans en todo el mundo. El equipo de Motive desarrolla juegos de acción innovadores en mundos icónicos donde cada jugador se siente como el héroe. Actualmente trabajan en proyectos como un juego original de Iron Man y la próxima entrega de Battlefield.
El Weapon Artist, External Development es un artista práctico que apoya a artistas externos mediante enseñanza, briefing y revisión de assets, asegurando la calidad mediante feedback escrito y comunicación directa. Además, crea assets para mantener sus habilidades y conocimientos actualizados. Posee responsabilidad individual, gestionando su backlog y delegando tareas a colaboradores externos.
Responsabilidades :
- Apoyar a artistas externos con formación, briefing y revisión de assets para alcanzar la calidad requerida.
- Crear assets para mantener habilidades y conocimiento del workflow.
- Gestionar su parte del backlog, planificando y delegando tareas a colaboradores externos.
