Overview

We are seeking a (Part-time) Supervisor for The Shoe Co. banner at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse. You will report to the Store Manager and help lead a store environment that fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. The role emphasizes coaching, modeling service standards, and guiding the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales and web orders as directed by the Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
• Facilitates achievement of business results by role modeling a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Opens and closes the store proficiently.
