Au nom de notre client dans le secteur des logiciels d'entreprise, Procom recherche un Responsable des comptes partenaires pour un poste permanent. Ce poste est un poste sur site à Cornwall, Ontario.

Responsable des comptes partenaires - Description du poste

Le client est à la recherche d'un Responsable des comptes partenaires bilingue pour rejoindre son programme de partenaires financiers en pleine croissance. Le candidat retenu sera chargé de gérer et de développer les relations avec les cabinets comptables, en les informant sur les solutions financières du client et en les aidant à intégrer ces outils dans leurs services.

Responsable des comptes partenaires - Responsabilités

Gérer et développer un portefeuille de partenaires existants, en assurant leur succès et leur satisfaction mutuels.
Identifier et contacter les cabinets comptables et les prestataires de services financiers potentiels.
Conduire des appels de découverte pour comprendre les besoins des entreprises et présenter les solutions du client.
Aider à l'intégration des nouveaux partenaires et s'assurer qu'ils comprennent les avantages et responsabilités du programme.
Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec plusieurs parties prenantes au sein des cabinets partenaires.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour répondre aux besoins des partenaires.
Soutenir les partenaires dans les activités conjointes de mise sur le marché, y compris les webinaires et les campagnes co-marquées.
Suivre les performances des partenaires, surveiller les KPI et développer des plans d'amélioration si nécessaire.

Responsable des comptes partenaires - Compétences obligatoires

Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en entreprise, idéalement dans la vente, le développement commercial, les partenariats ou le service client.

Compétences solides en communication et en développement de relations.

Intérêt pour la comptabilité, la fintech ou les logiciels d'entreprise.

Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à articuler la valeur des produits financiers.

Organisé, avec un esprit proactif.

À l'aise dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif.

Responsable des comptes partenaires - Compétences souhaitables

Expérience de travail avec des cabinets comptables ou des prestataires de services financiers.

Connaissances en comptabilité, finance ou ventes SaaS.

Exposition préalable à l'écosystème ou à d'autres solutions logicielles financières.

Partner Account Manager - Job Description

Partner Account Manager - Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing partners, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.

Identify and reach out to potential accounting firms and financial service providers.

Conduct discovery calls to understand firms' needs and introduce them to their solutions.

Assist in onboarding new partners and ensure they understand the benefits and responsibilities of the partner program.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within partner firms.

Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs.

Support partners in joint go-to-market activities, including webinars and co-branded campaigns.

Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and develop improvement plans where needed.

Partner Account Manager - Mandatory Skills

Minimum 5 years of corporate experience, ideally in sales, business development, partnerships, or customer success.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Interest in accounting, fintech, or business software.

Ability to learn quickly and articulate the value of the client finance products.

Organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating cross-functionally.

Partner Account Manager - Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience working with accounting firms or financial service providers.

Background in accounting, finance, or SaaS sales.

Prior exposure to the client ecosystem or other financial software solutions.
