You will play a crucial role in assessing, managing, producing, and completing various tasks, projects, components, and repairs. This role requires high entrepreneurial skills and a self-motivated workflow. We expect idea generation and project completion, either directly overseen by Josh or self-directed, to serve customer and market requirements.

• Understanding client demand and market deficiencies related to metal-based machines. Suggesting product line development to address workflow inefficiencies in the agriculture and construction industries.
