We’re partnering with a well-established private dental laboratory in Nova Scotia that is investing heavily in advanced digital dentistry. We are seeking an experienced CAD / CAM Dental Lab Technician  with digital workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about premium-quality implant restorations and thrives in a fast-paced production environment with high clinical expectations.

If you excel in complex case design, understand implants end-to-end, and enjoy working directly with dentists on treatment planning and case troubleshooting, this is an opportunity to join a lab that prioritizes craftsmanship, technology, innovation, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Do

• Design full-arch implant restorations using 3Shape , including advanced full-arch cases.
• Use Blender for Dental to split designs, including bar and shell workflows.
• Execute precise smile design for high-aesthetic anterior cases.
• Collaborate directly with prosthodontists and doctors on treatment planning, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Produce and finish cases to a premium standard, including ceramics, anterior esthetics, and full-arch zirconia implant bridges .
• Apply advanced implant knowledge, including case strategy and complication resolution.
• Work with custom abutment milling , both in-house and via outsourcing partners such as Straumann, Atlantis, and Nobel.
• Support a mostly digital workflow and contribute to continuous process improvement and team skill development.
