Overview

Mover role at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK — Brampton, Ontario (franchise location).

Responsibilities

• Assist driver / trainer with pre / post trip truck inspections and moving equipment inventory
• Safely move / pack / unpack customer belongings by utilizing all proper moving equipment and techniques, following prescribed policies
• Continuously look for ways to help each customer and fulfill the mission statement
• Assist driver / trainer with organizing and securing the truck at the end of each job
• Share responsibility with driver / trainer to ensure paperwork and revenues are properly dropped in a safe location at the end of the workday
• Assist with backing up or maneuvering the truck in tight situations
• Contribute to a team effort by achieving related results as needed
• Participate in meetings and suggest improvements for procedures, customer service, and marketing of services
• Ensure compliance with policies in the employee handbook
• Participate in ongoing training and development through STICK MEN UNIVERSITY
• Maintain a clean, approved TWO MEN AND A TRUCK uniform at all times
• Maintain a positive image by ensuring proper hygiene
• All other duties as assigned by the franchisee, move manager, office manager and / or general manager
