- Drugs 80% $50,000 per year max.
- Paramedicals 80% $500 per practitioner type.
- Vision Wear - $200 per 24 months 1 eye exam per 24 months Max $75.
- Dental 80% Basic / 50% Major $1500 per year combined 9 months recall.
- Newer Company work van provided with paid gas allowance.
- Shift hours are 9 am-5 : 30 pm with occasional overtime available. (want to make more money?)
