Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team. Our company specializes in self-performing commercial contracting with a strong focus on industrial concrete tilt-up construction. We pride ourselves on delivering high-tech, large-scale, and custom industrial projects while emphasizing reliability, craftsmanship, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations for high-quality tilt-up light industrial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within schedule.
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and ownership.
• Drive projects to successful completion in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in light industrial tilt-up construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing.
• Proven ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital reporting tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with formwork, industrial, tilt-up, and concrete construction.

Work Environment

Work on light industrial tilt-up sites primarily in Vancouver - Abbotsford, with potential assignments in Langley. Our team includes 20-25 carpenters and 4 superintendents, and we self-perform carpentry and structural work.

Salary - $100,000/year - $150,000/year (Based on experience)

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Port Coquitlam, BC.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Port Coquitlam,BC.
