Station Manager in Montreal. This critical management position requires a professional who can operate a station as their own business, ensuring operational excellence and financial accountability. If you are adept at managing teams, optimizing customer satisfaction, and possess a strong financial acumen, this opportunity offers significant autonomy and impact within a dynamic industry.
This role provides an opportunity to lead a vital station, directly influencing client relations and financial performance. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of service for ground handlers and carriers, while fostering a productive and efficient team environment.

Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of mechanics, managing labor hours within authorized budgets.
- Ensure accurate billing to customers with detailed breakdowns.
- Control variable budgetary items, including uniform allotments, cleaning invoices, and stationary.
- Manage the station as an independent business unit, taking full accountability for operational and financial performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers such as Delta, Menzies, and Bombardier, as well as airport authorities.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director and other internal stakeholders to achieve station objectives.
- Be available for a 24/7 operation if issues arise, although the general schedule is Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in equipment management, ideally within the airport industry
- Strong capability in balancing books and understanding budgets.
- Excellent independent decision-making and people skills.
- Computer savvy, with basic proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and experience with online work order systems like eBis.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is a significant asset.
- A well-rounded professional who can manage employees and operations with autonomy, with a focus on client care and financial oversight.
