Job descriptionSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of cooks and other kitchen staff Prepare and cook a variety of meals and specialty dishes according to established recipes Train kitchen staff in proper food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices Show kitchen staff how to use new cooking techniques and operate new kitchen equipment effectively Guide cooks on proper methods for food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation Requisition food and kitchen supplies Develop menus and ensure all food items meet established quality Experience : 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
