• Your future team :
• You will become part of the Warehouse team reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The team consists of 8-12 team members.
• What you will be doing :
• Lead day to day warehouse operations and supervise up to 12 operators and 1 Lead hand.
• Ensure on time, in full customer deliveries and manage floor space using FIFO standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace; enforce PPE, H&S policies and lockout procedures.
• Use SAP for inventory posting and shipping documentation; coordinate gate / trailer movements.
• Liaise with production, planning, traffic and customer service to resolve inventory and shipping issues.
• Identify and remove damaged product, manage pallet / storage flow, and ensure product quality handling.
• Keep accurate records and logbooks, complete required paperwork, coach staff and support continuous improvement.
• What you bring :
• Technical College graduate but not mandatory.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong people development and training skills
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Computer literate with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SAP or any WMS is an asset.
• Prior experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement
