MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Calgary, AB. Based in Alberta, our client is a dynamic construction firm offering a full spectrum of services, including general construction, design-build, and construction management.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and manage ICI construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing ICI construction projects for a general contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
