Base pay range

CA$80,000.00 / yr – CA$90,000.00 / yr

BIS Safety Software is a fast‑paced, high‑growth organization providing leading software for the safety industry. We are expanding our team and looking to bring on a sharp, curious, and self‑directed Data Analyst who’s ready to make an immediate impact.

This onsite position is based out of our Sherwood Park, Alberta office and is designed for someone who enjoys close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and has a strong appetite for digging into data and surfacing insights that drive real business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Pull data from multiple sources (BIS platform, HubSpot, Google Analytics / Ads, accounting / finance tools) and validate it to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Build and deliver clear, decision‑ready weekly and monthly reports (slides, PDFs, dashboards)
• Clean, combine, and maintain data with consistent methodology
• Sanity‑check numbers with subject‑matter experts across departments and document metric definitions, assumptions, and sources
• Investigate data discrepancies or gaps and coordinate with data owners to resolve them

Proactively flag and address inconsistencies in tagging, missing data fields, and testing artifacts
