Job descriptionEarn $19.79 CAD per hour¹ This Gig is worked from the comfort of your own home Build your own schedule with flexible hours from 7 : 00am to 2 : 00am EST; 7 days a week² Paid training³ No maximum limit of hours you can work per week (based on availability) No customer service / sales experience required The English Sales and Service position requires you to have problem solving skills, patience, attentiveness, clear communication skills, persuasion skills, positive language, product knowledge, reading customers and closing ability Pass the background check Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Today's Shopping Choice is seeking dedicated, experienced English Sales and Service Associates to work from home. The English Sales and Service Gig is responsible for responding to and providing best-in-class customer service from inquiries received from retailers and customers via email and phone.
You will investigate order concerns, find solutions that balance the needs of the business and customers, update information and reports. The successful candidate must adhere to metrics such as :
- average handle time, productivity, and quality
- maintain a positive brand image for Today's Shopping Choice products while interacting with customers
