Starting Compensation : $1000 per week (minimum $52000 annually) travel expenses & benefits

Typical Annual Earnings : $75000

Signing Bonus : $1000 upon successful hire

East Coast Water Solutions is growing fast and were looking for a highly skilled HVAC Heat Pump Installer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work while helping Nova Scotian homeowners reduce their energy costs with modern eco-efficient heating and cooling systems.

You will primarily install residential heat pump systems working both independently and alongside a strong support team committed to exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be considered you must meet the following :

• Currently living in Nova Scotia
• Proven experience installing heat pumps (mini-split and / or central systems)
• Valid drivers license reliable transportation (van or truck preferred)
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
