Senior Project Manager (Multi-Campus Capital Construction)

Under the direction of the Manager, Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of capital projects across campus. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the College’s mission, vision, values, and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including procurement management, resource allocation, scheduling, and execution.
• Apply project management best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with regulatory requirements and institutional standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality benchmarks.
• Champion the integration of sustainable building practices and energy‑efficient solutions.
• Establish and maintain effective communication protocols with diverse stakeholders.
• Engage subject matter experts (civil, mechanical, electrical, structural engineers, architects) as needed.
• Lead the preparation and evaluation of tender documents, negotiate contract terms, and manage vendor and contractor agreements.
• Supervise Project Technologists and manage people‑management responsibilities (recruitment, performance, health & safety).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans.
• Deliver detailed progress reports, financial analyses, and project evaluations to senior management.

Compensation

Annual Salary : $79,731 - $116,939 (Typical hiring range $95,678 - $106,308)
