Daily Visits : Required to conduct seven visits per day to various customers, which might include healthcare facilities, medical practitioners, and retail stores.
Medication Recommendations : During these visits, the Medical Representative will review patient charts and provide recommendations regarding the appropriate use of products and medications for specific health conditions.
Customer Training : Responsible for providing training to customers to ensure they understand how to use the products effectively and get the maximum benefit from them.
Professional Service Offerings : Involved in defining, creating, and delivering new professional service offerings. These services are intended to enhance the value customers receive from using the products.
Prospecting into Medical Network : This involves actively seeking new opportunities and partnerships within the medical network, and may collaborate with healthcare practitioners, clinics, and other medical institutions to expand the reach of products.
Participation in Shows : The Health Professional will participate in professional and retail shows, which can include healthcare conferences, trade shows, and events where they can showcase products and services.
Client Relationship Development : Building strong and effective relationships with clients is essential, establishing rapport, understanding customer needs, and providing personalized support and solutions.
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in natural health and related industry
Degree, preferably in Science or Business Administration
Experience with sales / marketing with family practitioners, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons.
Knowledge and understanding of Medical Policies
Good understanding and experience with Sales cycles
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide feedback to management
Passion for homeopathy / natural medicine
Able to travel within Territory (BC) 30% of the time
Some weekend work, approx. 6 – 8 weekends per year, days off in lieu.
