Procurement Specialist (12-month contract)

About the Opportunity

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services.

Develop procurement templates and documentation from initiation to post-delivery review.

Post and manage public procurement opportunities (e.g., MERX).

Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.

Support departments with procurement strategy and compliance.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain procurement records.

Contribute to procurement policy development and continuous improvement.

About You :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.

3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the public sector.

Experience with MERX and public procurement processes.

Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and communication skills.

Knowledge of infrastructure procurement (IT, HR, Comms) is an asset.

Pay Range :

$72,000 - $90,000 per year
