Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data while ensuring the highest level of precision and efficiency. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting administrative tasks and streamlining data management processes.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update data into relevant systems, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Perform calculations and verify data accuracy to meet quality standards.
• Organize, manage, and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval.
• Handle email correspondence efficiently, responding to inquiries and updating records as required.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets and documents.
• Operate scanning equipment to digitize and archive important documents.
• Apply strong typing skills to complete data entry tasks within tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting administrative needs.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Proficient in 10-key typing with a high level of speed and accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively address inquiries and support team members.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry and handling administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for creating and maintaining documents.
• Skilled in organizing files, both physical and digital, for streamlined access.
• Capacity to perform calculations and handle numeric data accurately.
• Experience with scanning equipment and digitizing documents.
